This full-system eBook goes very in-depth on the subject of Niche Marketing and comes with many videos to watch for the various tasks you should learn how to do.

Although I loved all the new little tips and tricks that J.D. taught about making money in niche markets, I have to admit that I was kind of annoyed by his mobster-like character he kept slipping into.

The first ten whole pages were all just marketing hype delivered in a Sopranos-esque voice… I almost didn’t make it to the 11th page where it starts to get more interesting because my eyes had glazed over and I was starting to fall asleep… However the 11th page came just in time and thankfully was some really eye-opening stuff!

Out of nowhere it started delivering…

From that point forward the great ideas started flowing and on page 23 he even admitted that the hypey mobster personality was just a persona to make the subject more entertaining. His accent was toned down for the rest of the book at that point.

He then went on to explain why that’s exactly what you need to do while niche marketing sometimes, and it’s a very convincing argument. It’s true that this works in niche markets where it would be too boring otherwise, and even in broad markets like making money online people like the Rich Jerk have done very well with it.

However the real meat of Mafioso Marketing is how he talks you through the process and possibilities of an entire niche market. -ANY niche market.

He starts out by walking you through market selection, including the best advice I’ve ever heard on how to spot a great Niche. He says it has to have exactly five things going for it and then shows you how to measure each one.

He shows you where to look for profitable niches too, such as comparing magazines to Clickbank products to find niches that are both monetizable & in-demand right now.

The most interesting thing he talks about is a philosophy of his own making where he doesn’t just settle for Adsense earnings nor affiliate products for that niche market. He’s got this formula that he does to every niche he owns called “M-I-F.”

That stands for Monthly, Instant, and Future. He really stresses how impatient he is and how important it is that we take every niche market and make it pays us all three ways. Therefore, he shows us how to make Monthly, re-occuring profit in that niche, then make INSTANT paypal cash in that niche, and also to totally dominate that niche with future earnings!

It sounds like quite a tall order, but he spends the rest of the 69-page eBook completely delivering exactly how to do it.

Among the several other supporting topics covered, he:

• Shows you exactly how to outsource your content better and cheaper than you could imagine. (I thought this was an incredible tip worth 100’s of dollars, and no, it does NOT include elance or any such service…

• Shows what those $7 reports are Really used for. (Perfect for newbies, and no, it’s not about making money yet.)

• Shows you how to take your membership sites and sell them for easy, instant cash
• Shows you how to write or outsource eBooks
• Explains the best way to monetize VRE sites (NOT with AdSense!)
• Teaches simple SEO, which is a little too simple for my tastes but seem to work for his business model.

I never would have thought that Ewen would give a course on becoming a Super Affiliate. I figured it would be giving up too much of his own market. And if he did, I was expecting a price tag of around $5,000…

Afterall, it is the equivalent of Michael Jordan giving a course on becoming an NBA superstar… Except that in Michael’s arena you’ve got to have a ton of talent first to even consider the NBA, while in Ewen’s arena, talent doesn’t mean anything. It’s all about what you know.

So I was really honored to be one of the affiliates invited to preview Ewen’s course over Thanksgiving last year, just a week or so before it was launched. I don’t mind telling you though, since Ewen was behind this, I set my expectations REALLY high. I wasn’t giving him any slack at all!

Either Ewen’s product would be the best thing that the world had ever seen, or it would be CRAP. There’s no in-between, and Ewen knows it. He’s worked very hard to set himself up high on a pedestal, so if his product doesn’t turn out to be BETTER than expected, he’d be shooting himself in the foot. And in the wallet, too.

What’s in the Package:

SuperAffiliates is first and foremost a membership site, with tons of downloads and videos and instruction, much like my membership sites. (Except a lot more money and talent went into his, and it shows.)

The meat and potatoes of the site is the VAST video library, which Ewen had consigned to give you the best video walkthrough I’ve ever seen of all the everyday tasks like using FTP, creating your squeeze page, creating content, writing sales copy, using clickbank, your autoresponder, getting traffic in many various ways, automating tasks, etc… He left NOTHING out, every little thing I could think of at all was documented better than I’ve ever seen before.

No, his own broken English wasn’t talking to you in all of these films, Ewen’s smart enough to know what his handicaps are so he hired voice actors with great voices to guide you through all of these important tasks with Camtasia films & powerpoint presentations. You can tell he wrote the scripts, of course, because they were much more insightful than the ones we normally see from day to day on the subject of affiliate marketing.

The videos are only the tip of the iceberg, however. The most important part was the 120-page Super Affiliate Blueprint. It is VERY eye-opening and faster to read through than you might think because over half of it is images.

He calls it the “15-step Top Secret Super Affiliates Blueprint.” I read through it in about an hour and I’ve opened it up every single product promotion I’ve done since… It’s like having a rulebook to making money as an affiliate marketer.

The steps are all important and necessary to becoming a top affiliate. The funny thing is that the majority of affiliates out there, even those with big lists that you may be subscribed to, are only doing about five of these 15 things!

Needless to say, I love my copy of this eBook and I’m never letting it go. It’s that important. There really is no other resource like it online.

Next up is the COOLEST thing I’ve ever been given in any affiliate marketing course… My very own Squeeze page that has already been tested to convert at 75%! -Yep, It’s the very same squeeze page that Ewen uses himself to this day, the one he worked on and tweaked for years to build his famous 373,000+ subscriber list with. (among many others.)

And then there is the other software bonus, called the “Mystery Instant Business-in-a-box.” It was truly an easy business to implement and I’d love to tell you all about it, but I promised Ewen that I wouldn’t give away his big mystery… Sorry about that. I can say that it makes money on autopilot though, so I know you’ll like it.

Then there are the monthly Expert Audio training courses. These aren’t some old mp3s he found around the net from any old internet marketers… Each one of these monthly additions is a FRESH interview Ewen does with the very top Affiliate Marketers online! He grills them on the things that each of them do best, so you’ll be learning from the very best at each topic. This is powerful stuff, and yes, you can download them to listen on your iPod.

Finally, there are the Monthly Case Studies. I felt that the case study I watched was the most inspiring training tool in internet marketing to date. Ewen will take a successful student of his and go over their entire Affiliate business model from top to bottom each month and show us all what they did right and could have done better. -It was extremely in-depth, and I can’t tell you how much it made me want to jump up and go improve those parts of my own business!

Wow, that is quite a lot… So how much is he charging??

I really don’t know why he didn’t charge a huge frontal access fee like of many thousands of dollars. There is no doubt in my mind that all of the other top affiliates are now members of Super Affiliates so they can learn from the best of the best. -Certainly they can afford it!

But Ewen has proven time and again that he cares about helping out the little guy. It’s true that he wasn’t the best teacher yet in some of his earlier products, but he’s developed that skill fully now and with this product I’d put him up against any other course online for easy of use and pure teaching skills.

Normally I don’t mention a price on my reviews because prices often change one way or the other. However, this time I’m so completely confident that this is and always will be the best Affiliate Training Course online that I have no doubt that it’s price will be the same for a long, long time.

Ewen is only charging a measly $47 per month for access to this incredible resource! Yes, that’s an ongoing fee, but considering the cost of the monthly expert audios and case studies that he has to do personally, I think that it’s a VERY fair price to pay for all of that ongoing expertise. Not to mention, it’s a heck of a lot easier than paying $5,000 one time up front!

Can you give an example of why this course is so different?

There are literally hundreds of examples where Ewen is giving more away and teaching it better than anyone else could. Again, it’s the difference between some guy at the gym showing you how to pass a basketball, and Michael Jordan teaching you… You KNOW that it’s the best way possible, the way that will help you win the game every time.

But to give a specific example, I could mention page Twenty Four of his Top Secret Super Affiliate Blueprint… You see, it wasn’t enough for Ewen to tell you HOW to be a top performing affiliate marketer, he came up with his own “code” of the Super Affiliate!

The page is entitled: “The 10 Key Differences between a Normal Affiliate and a Super Affiliate.” – And they really do make all the difference. I wish I could print them here, but that would be giving too much away… So instead I’ve got them printed out, hanging up on my wall. They aren’t obvious in any way, so if you’re not taught these 10 important mindsets/strategies, then you simply aren’t going to learn any time soon how the most successful people online do what they do, Period.

I could go on all day, but there really isn’t anything more important to take away here than the fact that Ewen did an excellent job teaching something that he knows better than anyone else on the planet. I give this product the first perfect score in my reviewing career, and very likely the only perfect score I’ll ever be giving to an Affiliate Marketing training course!

They are all really original stuff, each film was made in a very high-quality way that talks TO you without talking THROUGH you… The owner, Sam Sterling, is a very clear speaker and gets right to the most important bit in each film, showing you through slides and Camtasia desktop video together exactly what you need to know and nothing that you don’t! You know how every other internet marketing product out there says “you haven’t seen THIS before” on their sales page? Dave Gale’s Automatic Cash Formula is the first one I’ve seen (besides my own, of course) that isn’t one of those… It’s the real deal, and you really haven’t seen this strategy before! To sum the system up into two words, your job will be an “Affiliate Broker.” (In a hurry? Click here: AutoCash Formula website.) The whole system is too detailed to describe in full here, but in a nutshell, here’s how it works:

First he shows you how to find a very particular type of Affilaite program. There is a specific list of criteria it has to match, so you may spend a few minutes to perhaps an hour researching this part. The good news is that they exist out there in just about any niche.

I easily found one or more in each of the niches I’ve been involved with before, so I have no doubt that you can find them for your favorite niches too. (Yes, the “Internet marketer’s niche”, or “IM2IM niche” as I call it, can use this technique just as well as any other niche!)

Second, he shows you exactly how to find the people who will promote those products for you, such as people already marketing to that niche market… You don’t need your own list at all, he encourages you to build this micro-list for each and every mailing you do!

You’ll be able to talk to the big-name affiliates in those markets, and using the AutoCash formula and email swipe files, you’ll send them emails that they would be fools not to respond to. (Sending these emails will take up the most of your time working this system, usually 2-5 hours.)

Soon they start to promote the affiliate product you showed them, and you’ll make money off each and every sale.

The Reality:

It’s true that you won’t get a large percentage of them to respond. Some of these people won’t get your email, others don’t want to promote to their list anymore, even others might have already promoted that product already. Dave tells you to expect something like a 5% – 10% return rate, despite the fact that you’ve made such an irresistible offer up front.

These are not just Clickbank products, either… Dave shows you many Affilaite directories to find them in, so you have tons of choices and can do this over and over again for life.

Here’s the good part:

Each time you do this bit of work, which takes you less than a day to complete in total, you’ve built a residual stream of income that pays you for months or years to come for each of the affiliates you recruited… Each one!

Let’s put some numbers to that, shall we?

Let’s say you work on it for 7 days, (one per day) and got a 5% response from your emails. (This is easy, not just possible.)

Let’s also say your product gives you $10 for each sale your affiliate makes for you. (This is the minimum amount he suggests you find. – So again, it’s EASY!)

If you email 300 people (some will be more, some will be less) and get 5%, that’s 15 affiliate working for you. If they have an AVERAGE list size between them of 1,000 subscribers, then each project you do will soon be pushed to an initial 15,000 subscribers, and the traditional response rate for such email promotions is 2%.

So, that means 2% of the 15,000 people will be paying you $10 each pretty soon, which equals $3,000 – I’d say one day’s worth of work is worth $3,000 bucks, wouldn’t you?

And that’s just for starters… Each of those 15 affiliates will be continually pushing the product to new members of their list forever if they know what’s good for them! -You’ll still make $10 per sale forever from those residual sales!

So even if you’re just in it for the fast cash, and don’t care about the residual income you’ll get from their future promotions, you can pretty much count on $3,000 income for each day you do a project. After 7 days, you’ve generated a cool $21,000!

Imagine if you get a 10% response rate, or sent to more than 250 affiliates, or your product pays you more, or if your affiliates have much bigger lists! Dave has made many times the $3,000 per project!

The income you can make with this system is tremendous, even better than I’ve found BEING the affiliate is…
Because you can replicate it as many times as you want. If you did this 5 days a week for a whole year, you’ll be very likely to pocket a cool $780,000 in cash minimum…

And I don’t know any Affiliates at all who made that kind of money their first year… Nor WITHOUT PAYING FOR TRAFFIC, EVER!

If you take nothing else away from this page, remember this: 99% of all the ways to make money online require you controlling traffic in some way. You’ve either got to buy it, (like through a pay-per-click system) build it the very long and tiring way, (like through article marketing) or have your own list to make money online.

With this system, all the traffic in the world will NOT help you! -You’re just brokering products you find to affiliates and taking a cut. That’s it, and that’s all. Simple, elegant, and extremely profitable!

I did, however, think that my first post should be a benchmark to judge all the other programs by, and since many of my readers are members of SSS and therefore familiar with my system, it would make the perfect test subject. For those of you who don’t know SSS, it is a great system that is close to my heart. I actually devised it for my own use when my Google AdSense ECPMs starting taking a nosedive around the time of the great googleslap.

What I did to make the system special was find all the web 2.0 sites that actually PAY for content, up front, and then cross-reference them with the sites that will give you a link back to your own site from those content pages they paid you for…

The Result? I got paid to build my VRE empire UP FRONT.

It’s actually a lot more complicated than that and my members are is filled with tools to help you build your content both off site and on… Not to mention there are numerous other strategies and assistance available there, like it’s excellent member forum where members are helping each other out all the time.

Anyway, as you can see it’s a pretty unique system, and it’s only real problem is that I can’t sell it to non-Americans because those sites that pay for the content seem to only want to pay money to Americans, for tax reasons.

Since it’s my own system it will be hard to judge it but I will, as always endeavor to be very fair about it and compare apples to apples.

If I’d never seen it before, however, I’d most likely say that it is one of the most original systems online, and is the only thing I’ve ever heard of that lets you both make Fast Cash up front while allowing you to work on your Residual Income streams at the same time.
